How do you guys shower after biking to work or do you?   I don't shower but I hardly sweat but my wife does.

Office showers.  I'd need to find a gym nearby if the office had none, as I am a stinky mofo after 10 miles on a bike in the summer.

I haven't really been showering or needing to clean up after my ride for the past few months, because of the cool weather. I do have access to a shower at work, though. I have found that wet wipes, deodorant, and a change of clothes have me covered for days it is warm enough to break a sweat.

Also, make sure that your wife has checked out tire pressure, seat position, etc. Those can all make it harder to pedal -> make her sweat more. How long is her commute?

Her commute is 4 miles but she does what you do bring wet wipes , deodorant and change of clothes winter and summer.

I bring a full change of clothes & shower every morning at work since we have a pretty nice locker room. Sometimes I shower when I get home too, depending on the weather... I take it easy on the ride home though so it's not always as necessary.

When my commute was shorter (7 mi. each way) @ my old job I'd just wipe down at a sink. They had a gym at the plant, but it was a .5 mile bike and .25 mile walk from there to my desk, which was all a huge PITA after a few weeks of showering

I shower in the morning before I head out.  I change out of my sweaty shirt into a clean dry shirt, giving myself a few minutes to cool off and stop sweating, before I get on the bus for the rest of my commute.  No shower at work, no stink.
