I start on the 24th.  I am going back at a higher position with the same boss.  It really took me taking two other jobs to realize what a great situation I had there.  Now that I feel my compensation is fair, I will enjoy the other perks I have been missing.

Moving from cube back to an office
Flexible hours vs. 8:30 - 5:30 now
Commute is cut in half
Parking is free; I have paid about $100 a month in decks in Atlanta
I can expense my iPhone bill; up to $100 a month
$4,500 raise from current earnings (plus $2,400 in the free cell and parking I pay now so really almost 7K)
Several former coworkers have already reached out to say how excited they are to have me back
