I recall a few years ago that MMM, either in an article or on twitch, posted a tool for comparing various cities around the globe, including by crime, cost of living, and other characteristics.  Unfortunately, I've forgotten the site and can't find it after some searching.  Does this city comparison tool ring a bell with anyone else, and if so can you post the link here?  Thanks very much!
