Planning FIRE vacation

I'm shooting for FIRE 7/2021.  We have many hobbies and I might cover a few shifts here and there as favors so we know what to do with early retirement.
Before then though, we want to take 2 months in Hawaii during school break.
This will be at a nice airbnb, as 2 months in a nice hotel in Hawaii will likely cost an astronomical amount.
I've accumulated more than a million Chase ultimate rewards points in the past, but my balance is now at 89k.  The method I used to accumulate those million chase UR point doesn't seem to be a viable option at this point, as the chase gauntlet doesn't seem to be around anymore.
Can anyone point me to a resource/forum that would help me take concrete steps towards making this happen 7/2021?  I'm looking to take my SO and two children below 10yo to Hawaii from NJ and stay in a nice airbnb for 2 months for as little out of pocket as possible.

Airbnb.com/sublet rents by the month for typically cheaper than paying daily rates, and you can buy discounted Airbnb gift cards. Not sure if you are aware of those ideas already

I can’t imagine what I’d do for 2 months in Hawaii? If I had that time, I’d take the family to Europe. Combine education with leisure, but that’s just me.
