So about that "cash feels more real" study (can't find the post to quote): has anyone considered there might be a generational difference here?
What generations are we talking about here? I am Gen X and in the "cash spends much easier" camp.
The idea about the generational thing is interesting. I don't know that it's true, but it's an interesting premise.
As far as "which generations," like most shifts I'd think in older folk (say boomers) it'd be one way, a mix for the middle ones (say Gen X), and almost the extreme opposite for the youngest generation.
(Think: polls on gay marriage or something.)
