One man renovation
« on: September 07, 2019, 02:11:13 AM »
Here is a video showing a guy doing a very thorough renovation of a little house all by himself. Enjoy!

edited to add that I lied a little . . . he had some help here and there, but did an amazing amount of the work including skilled trade work himself.

Impressive!

I'm working through several tasks to get a house we moved out of to the market and it has really defined for us how much work is required to flip a house without a crew of helpers.

Very glad we didn't start this process until we moved out. Some of this would have been really tough while we lived in the house. The dust and dirt and noise.

I can see how we are getting more efficient (faster) with time. Practice and all that. My initial slow pace really made me feel defeated some evenings.

The pace is kinda slow at times but it was an interesting journey.
