We're all over in the Journals area instead, writing about our FIRE lives  ;-)

I like the Post FIRE subforum, but I notice it isn't used very often. Just like Bolshevik, I suspect they are all busier than expected after FIRE!

So how'd it go?   Was your resignation accepted gracefully?

Sorry fellow Scotsman - I have been so busy since FIRE I didn't see this response until now. They were, frankly, the worst firm I have ever come across when it came to accepting my resignation. I didn't get a leaving bash, present, card, whatever, and well... I'll leave it there.

The months since I FIREd have been unexpectedly tough and busy, but I feel I am LIVING again: not punching a clock and staring out the window...

Thanks for your interest -

B McA

congrats!! sorry to hear they accepted your resignation rudely, but it's probably a good sign it wasn't worth spending your precious life energy on them. can't wait to hear how things progress!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
