Not a good start to the month

So I'm looking at Mint tonight, April 2, and find that we've already spent $733 this month...and that's not including Friday's $800 in garage door replacement and today's $200 in roof repairs.  What the heck?!  Someone PLEASE yell "April Fool" and tell me this isn't true. 

To make it worse, I tried to shock my wife and heighten her awareness by having her guess how much we've spent...but she guessed HIGH!  So much for that plan.

This is not a good start to what I had hoped would be a better month for saving.

I've been there, just remember that each day is a new day to start fresh...  :)
