New Electric Bike to watch - Less than $500?

There's not a lot of information, but I'll be keeping my eye on it.  http://comingsoon-tech.com/storm-ebike  The price is less than what I could buy a motor and battery for to convert an existing bike.  It does say that the "less than $500" price is some sort of intro special, and 75% off of expected retail.  It that's the case, I might be a few...
