This is a long one so I'm only going to post the link and not the comic.

http://zenpencils.com/comic/128-bill-watterson-a-cartoonists-advice/

And now I'm hooked on zenpencils....the banksy one is beautiful.  While I don't necessarily agree with the manner in which he/she expresses himself, I appreciate the message and work to cultivate a complete lack of tolerance for the constant sales pitch that is hurled at me, my family, my children.

It is naught but joy to hear my 5 year old see an advertisement placed at his level in a store and shake is head to say "I'm not falling for it, mommy"

Wally is truly the Mustachian of the comic.

I always laugh at this comic in my sunday paper (when I'm looking for my weekly coupons) and figured I'd share a few of them here.

Not posting the picture here because it's enormous, but go check out today's ZenPencils: http://zenpencils.com/comic/mallory/

It's a quote by George Mallory on climbing Mt. Everest, and very Mustachian, IMO.

I came to post that this morning but was beaten to the punch. Here's the next one. Looks like Scott Adams is doing a short little series on a financial advisor. Hope it goes on for a bit. :)

Hah, good stuff.  Someone posted the link to this one in the comments.  Also a good one (from 1992).

Mustachians are not the sort of people who sit around moaning about how the government is keeping them down.  We’re the people who look at what we got, figure out what we don’t like, and fix it.

Re: bike lane

That happened to me a few times riding my bike home from work. Traffic was so bad I flew past half the cars on my route.  It opened up in the last half of the trip so I don't know if I "beat" anyone, but damn it felt good.

Dilbert has had a few days in a row of comics like this, but this was the first one funny enough to share - you can check back a few days to get some other amusing ones though (and probably future days, he tends to run in small themes for a bit).

A few of these have some financial connections. # 3 (Starbucks) and #12 (Diz-Nee). Mostly though, just funny and they brought me back 20 years when I used to pause episodes of recorded Simpsons to read the signs. They were some of the funniest jokes in the episode.
