Team, In 14 years for me to retire, I need an additional 2.5million. Any ideas on what I can be doing to achieve that? Is there an advantage to socking more money in 401k (more than the $17500)?

Is there an advantage to getting into real estate for investment purposes?

If you need $2.5 million additional, the first thing you need to do is figure out how to get rid of your existing $1 million debt.  That or dial back expenses seriously.
