She is turning 78 this year and retired; trying to sell a house that has been on the market for a while, so she needs someone to help her really figure out how much she can spend per month and flush out some if/then scenarios. I could take a stab at it, but she is of that old-school mind that in spite of the wealth of knowledge I have accumulated over the past several years, and in spite of all the positive changes I have spearheaded for my family in the realm of finances, I don't have the appropriate schooling/credentials (FACEPALM). So she would rather pay someone to review her situation and options. Really, she just needs to have a fixed monthly number that she can manage to so that her anxiety about finances will ease up a bit (She is totally fine financially).
