Ladder advice?

I am talking to a lady selling this 48' ladder, but I cannot find a thing about it on the Internet. It's a Werner 548-3. I think the 3 means 3 sections. On the web all I see is 548-2.. With 2 sections. She only wants 300. Condition looks good. Any thoughts?

I'd say it's probably a good deal if it's in good condition considering it's a known brand name and the 48' ladders new from Menards and the Home Despot are $754.49 and $745.72 respectively in my area.
