Key Bank Checking.. $400 bonus!
« on: March 18, 2021, 08:45:13 PM »
This seems like a deal.. open up a checking account and direct deposit $3000+ and they will give you $400 after 60 days.

So what is a direct deposit I wonder.. Could I do a direct bank transfer from my Vanguard account.. is that a direct deposit I wonder?

Direct deposit is usually something like a paycheck or government payment directly into your account.

Some banks my think your transfer is a direct deposit and credit you for it.

Look at this DoctorOfCredit page. You can select Key Bank and see what's been reported as counting as a direct deposit.

Hope that helps.
