Internet provider XFINITY- need a new one

We don't get cable tv, just internet and it just jumped from $50 to $81.  Any suggestions for other servers in the Nashville area that are less?

Nashville should be an AT&T Uverse region for the most part, IIRC. That means VDSL should be available through third party providers.

Toast.net has 6Mpbs service for $37.95/month with only a 12 month contract, no modem rental fee, and a $50 install (faster speeds for more). I use them personally (have for a year now) and as such, are guide approved. Good support, cheap, stable rates, and just works.
