looks pretty awesome. and mustachian!

its an insulated bag that you put hot food into, and it continues to cook, no electricity etc.

Just as an FYI, I have read a couple of negative reviews of this.  I am sure I could figure it out in a try or two, but someone said it it very important to reached a good core temp in the food (stir it up a couple times before bagging I think would help)  but it does sound like a cool cooking method.

You can make your own by filling a cooler/ box with Styrofoam and straw to perfectly fit your pot! Google "hay box."

Wouldn't wrapping some thick towels around a crockpot to insulate it do exactly the same thing?
