IKEA opened its first city center store in Hamburg two years ago. The store is located in a pedestrian zone and part of the city where many families do not even have a car. Yesterday I stumbled across an ad while waiting for a connecting train.
Beginning next week they are offering delivery by bike starting at 9.90 Euros (including tax). The text on the ad translates to: You assemble, we pedal.
