how do i add a picture to my comments on MMM?

Click "reply".  Under the box where you type, click the plus next to attachments and other options.

Upload the file from your computer.

Or if it's a URL (online picture), put the URL and put [ img ] and [/ img ] around it (without the spaces).

If you mean the comments on MMM, you can create a gravatar at: http://en.gravatar.com/

Whenever you use your e-mail for commenting, it will show the pic you added in gravatar (I know nothing about gravatar except how I set mine up, so hopefully this helps!)

Ah, good point, I was thinking here on the forums, but your instructions are exactly what I did to add a picture to comments on the blog.

If you want to add a picture under your forum name on posts here, you can upload an avatar under your forum profile settings.
