Where has Mustachianism been all my life?!

I love the ideas discussed on this forum and can't wait to learn more and contribute.

My current stats:

Age: 26
Income: 57k
Savings Rate: ~35% of gross income. Should be much higher when partner finishes nursing school.
Current Assets: ~30k
Debt: ~28k (student loans, whoops!)

My current goals are to become the CFO of my organization within 2 years (with a hefty pay increase) and become FIRED by 40 years old.

I try to! :)

It's a combination of it being a smaller organization, timing, relevant skills, experience, and working my ass off. I'm only one promotion away, so with some key retirements next year (planned) It makes my goal very reasonable.
