Having to verify identity every time I log into Personal Capital
« on: November 11, 2019, 01:13:48 PM »
Seems like every time I log into Personal Capital I have to reverify my identity with bank account as well as many credit cards.  Is this normal or is there something I can do to resolve this.  It's making me not want to use Personal Capital very often, which is a shame because I like to categorize my spending in it for budgeting purposes.

I have to do this for my capital one card. Eventually personal capital sent an email I think that was lightly blaming Capital One and told us to reach out to them to advocate for a resolution. This card does the same thing in Mint so I believe it. No solution as far as I can tell.

Now that all of my banks use two-factor authentication, I need to input separate passcodes for each bank account when I log in to PC. In a way it's an improvement since my USAA account hadn't updated on PC for six months.
