They are less than 2 years old but even so there should be some online comments about their product. I personally, would see there being no comments at all as a red flag.
Beyond that, by pre-loading a card you are in fact giving your money to a third party to make money from until you spend what you have pre-loaded. In other words, you are acting as a bank and giving out a free loan. In return for which I would say you are receiving very little.
