Ok it's intimidating. True but awesome too.
We needed an outdoor patio table and chair to stage our house for sale.
Found the table at the regular Goodwill $6.99. Ok that's good. Ok chair
When to the outlet to check. Found a chair that matches the same style in good shape just needs a wash. Cost $0.99. After tax cost a whole dollar and eight cents now that's my kinda chair. ;)

Not sure if we are talking about the same thing. If you are talking about the stores with all the bins where Goodwill stuff all goes before it is either shipped abroad or recycled, I totally agree. We just got one in my town and I love it. If there is yet another kind of Goodwill store and that is what you are talking about, please come back and tell us more. I can always use another Goodwill store.

Goodwill outlet is where all the stuff that didn't sell at the Goodwill stores goes. The clothes or toyrs go in these HUGE bins and are sold by the pound. I believe the next stop for most of this stuff is overseas. It's really sad. The waste is just extream.
One year I went just before Xmas and they had bin after bin after bin of toys. It was toy day. They were stacked like 3 feet high in the bins and 690 fett long. There were three rows of them. All toys were $0.59 per lb. after that I had such a hard time getting anything for my kids. It's just sooooo much waste.

Love our outlet. My problem is I start to think, oh, I could sell this coat, toy, shoes, etc on ebay. Then I go home with more than intended.
I need to follow through instead of becoming a storage unit!
