Free showers, free coffee, occasional free food (usually sandwhiches but sometimes tasty morning tea), free access to online databases and newsletters which can help with expanding knowledge for investing, free professional membership fees, sometimes free drinks. Free entertainment???? Ha ha.

I am very lucky to have a pretty sweet gig...

Free birthday lunch for everyone's birthday, so about ten/year, when its your birthday you get to choose the restaurant
Plus other team lunches or meals when we have guests, I would say we average at least two a month overall for lunches. This month were having three. These are also paid work time (I'm hourly)
Coffee, tea and espresso, many varieties. ED is European, the first thing he bought for the office was an espresso machine.
Very generous remibursement policy for travel. Ability to extend travel for personal vacations and often in fun or otherwise expensive destinations (big U.S. cities, Europe, Asia), they are very generous with this.
Lots of conference swag both from our org and when we attend conferences (recently got a bunch of free grocery totes, water bottles, sunglasses, several phone/iPad chargers, bbq set and untold other things at a confernce, bf was shocked as I kept unpacking things, all free and useful to us)
Employee outings at least once year (brewery tour with tastings, cooking class etc) that is paid work time
Very generous health care, including paid account for our copays and other out of pocket...so they pay basically all of my out of pocket costs

My bf is jealous when I'm constantly being fed, taken out etc! I have no plans to leave any time soon!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
