Found a Good Source for Reducing Grocery Spending
« on: August 14, 2014, 11:06:52 AM »
From the website of my local co-op:

http://www.nolafood.coop/shopping-at-nofc/5-for-25/

Obviously the list could be further optimized (bake two things on the same day). Enjoy.

OOPS!  List is added!

There's definitely some optimizing to be done with that list.  For instance, listing the list. :)

That's one way to lose weight!

I'm at 120 pounds. Don't want to lose more.

Seems to me that assuming that you have the spices already, plus only counting as a "cost" the stuff that you eat, not buy, is cheating!
