Ebay offer, $25 new or infrequent sellers

If you haven't sold anything on ebay in the last 90 days, you can list items by August 31st (to sell by Sept. 10th) for a $25 ebay coupon (sales must total at least $25) .

It's not enough to fulfill those terms, you also have to activate it before you list.

I did this. I sold a $25 Walmart gift card for $25.  Yield $25 minus the shipping and ebay fees.  Once I got the $25 ebay coupon, bought a $25 Ebay gift card with it so I didn't have to deal with the coupon expiration.
