Does anyone use an "office in a bag" type organizer?

Hi MMMers,

I'm wondering if anyone here uses an office in a bag (Flylady) type organizer.  I don't have a home office, I have a dining table and a kitchen table and I find that my papers are getting all over, so maybe I should get some sort of a zippered binder setup to hold all "essential" paperwork things.

Has anyone tried or do you use a setup like this?
