Current (Fintech Company) 4.0% APY on savings?
« on: January 14, 2022, 12:53:15 PM »
Anyone ever heard of this company before? Looks like you can get 4% on up to $6k* and they are supported by an FDIC member bank. No hoops to jump through (ACH deposits, minimum transactions), so could be a quick hassle free return.

*you can only deposit the 6k if you sign up for premium which has a fee, so really it is 4% on up to $2000 and 2.5% on an additional $4000 (as you need to pay a $5 monthly fee to access the premium account).

Would love to hear any experience anyone has with the company.

EDIT: A link would probably help - https://current.com/savings-with-interest/

Check Doctor of credit and comments.  Read the fine print as some of these deals are difficult to qualify for and have aggressive clawback policies that can change during the term of the agreement (read policies very carefully as banks aren't in the business of losing money).
