Business checking with Chexsystems flags
« on: March 12, 2021, 03:42:07 PM »
I have a couple negative chexsystems marks. I'm working on sorting them out with the respective banks, but in the meantime would like to start a business checking account. So I don't have to use a second chance bank like bbva to open our business account im trying to find a way to get a normal business checking with chase or bofa. Is there a chance I could be approved even with my chexsystems issues if my partner opens a business account and adds me as a joint or authorized user? I'm just trying to start building legitimate income history since I made the mistake of mixing personal and business finances in one account due to these stupid chexsystems flags.

That's a question for Chase and Bank of America, not this forum.

Does your business have an EIN?  If so, I am not sure your personal chex issues will matter.  Not an expert on this particular scenario though.
