I'm a Vanguard guy, but hopefully Fidelity isn't doing anything that bad.  I'd like to see several companies doing good things for their clients.

In addition, many of their competitors have found themselves in the same trouble. I know Wells Fargo(big surprise right?), and I believe BlackRock, Capital Group(American funds), and a few other financial firms have been sued over their employee 401k plans.

 

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
