Best no fee pre-paid debit card?

Hi,

I'm looking for a no fee pre-paid debit card.  My son likes to purchase things online and I don't want him using my credit card.  He has his own money (teen) so it seems the best way is to purchase a pre paid debit card but these typically have a fees - set up fees, monthly fees, etc.

Any insight would be appreciated!

My son was able to get a no fee Discover Card on his own with a 500$ limit for I believe it was the first year and he got cash back. As time went along his credit line went up so I would maybe check into that. I had to not cosign or anything.
