Title: Best credit card to use for rental home expenses?

I'm starting to acquire rental homes and was curious if anyone could recommend the best credit card to sign up for for small business expenses?

I won't be creating an LLC, but will spend thousands of dollars on things like equipment, counter tops, ect.
