A while back there was a thread titled,
"Millennials can’t buy homes because they’re wasting money on avocado toast"
I had never heard of Avacodo Toast, so I tried it, a little lemon and garlic, it's ok, good way to get avacodo to help lower cholesterol.
But then I decided to add some corn, edemame and peas. That was good to.
Then I added 1/2 a can of canned chicken, this was even better.
The last addition is Garbonzo beans and an orange (green) pepper.
So I have Avacado, Edamame, Corn, Peas, Garbonzo beans, orange pepper, chicken, lemon and garlic. I use some frozen and some canned, just depends what's in the cupboard.
Mush it up really good.
I have used a spinach wrap (heated or not) to put the mush into.
Whole wheat toast works fine also.
Oh, and I guess it works to, I had owned my home 23 years, while not eating Avacado Toast.
Just fixed some for my wife, she drizzled soy sauce mixed with hot pepper on hers, ok, I ate some of her's too!
