Will need this soon for our house. Which is better--tenting or the orange stuff? I want the least amount of toxicity in my living quarters as possible, I want the best deal possible, but I also want a good warranty, and I want them all DEAD!!

Who is recommend for this in SoCal? Which questions should I ask, and what warranty should I get upfront? IS it common for estimates to skyrocket once the exterminators arrive to actually do the job?

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Not in California, but I've had termites. If you absolutely, positively want all the termites DEAD tenting is the way to go. The gas kills instantly. Spraying is a more incremental approach. It should be cheaper, but will be more hassle. They won't all die on the first application. You have to keep watching and get follow up treatments.
