Thanks to someone on this thread, I came across Beeminder. It's a website that you can use to set a goal, track your progress, and if you mess up they charge you!
The part where they charge you is exactly what makes it motivating, especially for a frugal person). I also think the general geekiness of graphing yourself, and the self-improvement aspect is very mustachian. Just wondering if any of you use it and what you use it for!
