FI by 35, RE by 40 is very realistic if my career trajectory stays on course.

If I stopped increasing my income today, maintained current SR%, I would need to tack on ~5 years to both #'s.

Wow.  Just realized this thread is ancient!  I probably won't get an answer.

Oh and the S&P500 is up 22% since then so it's even MORE "overvalued"

I was thinking who did this amazing poll?  Then I remembered this is when I found the poll function on MMM and did a number of polls. Crazy that was almost 2 years ago.
