Do you Sell, donate, or throw out old stuff? (I throw out and here's why)

DH has been entertaining himself by becoming an eBay seller in retirement. He had a lot of a particular item to sell. Now that's done, he's looking around for other things to sell. It's nuts how little things like cameras and watches sell for vs. their original purchase price.

Once every 15 years or so we may have a yard sale. The goal is not to make $ but to quickly rehome unwanted items.
Most often items are given to Savers or Goodwill. We keep a donation bag and empty it monthly.  A free sign on an item at the end of the driveway also works well.
On occasion we will sell a more expensive item but that is rare.
