We had received a few emails from our health insurer alluding to a rebate (this is the rebate for not spending 80% of the premiums collected in 2018). Since we'd structured our income so that subsidies covered our premium, we'd joked about getting our $0 rebate check.
Today, we received a check for $350.36.
We didn't pay anything for our coverage, and are at a complete loss as to what we should do with this check. And I can't find anything on healthcare.gov (or insurer's site) that covers this peculiar instance.
Any ideas? Thanks!
