It's not that all referrals have to go to our host, it's that our host already has a better deal running than the one you offered.  For a website devoted to optimizing your finances, your offer is somewhat sub-optimal.

Hi Sol,

I am not convinced that the referral I am proposing is"sub-optimal" since the $50 referral bonus is additional to the 150$ bonus back (after you spend $1,000 on purchases on your new Card in your first 3 months)

Therefore, the referral offer I am proposing is worth $200.

Lol, but if you use the offer from the MMM page you get $100 plus the $150, so $250 > $200.
