Yeah I'm sure they're still popular in some markets.
Most of the budget Nokias I've seen tend to be 2G only, so they're no longer sold in many developed countries where 2G networks are being deactivated.
Most feature phones sold here now are made by ZTE or Alcatel or similar. Oftentimes they're dirt cheap carrier locked units to get the last remaining 2G holdouts onto 3G devices before the 2G networks are shutdown.
