We can use this thread to signpost to UK based conversations and case studies elsewhere on the forum.

This is very excellent. Posting to follow. I'm especially interested on case studies because I've been meaning lately to contribute more/dole out more facepunches but it's a lot of effort to seek out the UK ones.

Hi - this sounds excellent. I've only just registered on the site and posted earlier on the 'Ask a Mustachian' board. It hasn't had any replies presumably because it refers to the UK (it also hasn't been up very long at all to be fair).

I was wondering if there was a generic UK board. It sounds as though I should have posted it here but as this was called 'UK Tax' I didn't bother exploring it. Apologies but how do I link my post here?

Yeah I've been caught out a couple of times following US centric advice which has limited crossover value, so it would be good to keep track of forum wide posts somehow

This is basically the UK board.

This is the de facto generic UK board. We asked for just a general one and for some reason got a tax one, but that doesn't mean we can only talk about taxes! There's a lot that's different!

Hey guys, sorry to just plug my own needs, but I've put up a case study and would love some expert guidance!

I've just started a journal today - https://forum.mrmoneymustache.com/journals/game-mode-solo-uk-female/

My challenge to myself is to post one update for each day for the next month, with some sort of useful UK-based tip or money related escapade. My first post is a lesson in how to NOT do a bank account switch...
