Title: MMM London meetup - January 2018 weekday evening @ Southbank
Post by: dreams_and_discoveries on January 05, 2018, 02:40:39 PM: Hi all, following on from our previous kinda disastrous attempts at arranging a date for a London meetup, I've set up hopefully the final one to get us a good weekday date.

Hi Kwill - was thinking an afterwork event, starting say at 6:30pm with people arriving whenever they can..... and staying until people start dropping off...

If you are coming, please post here, and I'll drop you a note with the meeting details and my number so we can find each other. It doesn't look like there is a big event at the Southbank that night, which is awesome.

I'd love an MMM boss - does your boss exhibit any of the signs? Bringing lunch to work? Excited about bargains? In-source chores?

But could you imagine turning up at the meetup and finding your boss was an attendee. “Oh hi. I do love my job and you as a boss I promise. I know I’m striving with every fibre to become financially independent but I’m very unlikely to RE whatever my journal says. I want to work for you until I’m well into my 80’s”

Never been to a level 4 blue bar, so should be an evening of firsts. Looking forward to it.
