Had to respond as I do love this book, but my preference is the Younger Next Year for Women book. I do not always manage to exercise 6 days a week and my strength training is definitely lacking but bit by bit I am getting better. The book prompted me to get a fitness tracker, work to get 10,000 steps a day and over 2 years I lost over 40 pounds. I am always looking for some way to work an activity that will increase my heart rate into my daily activities. I think the message of the book really does work with the mustachian mindset.
Unfortunately Dr. Harry Lodge passed away just the other day. Link to his obituary
