Ok, so today's Frugalwoods challenge is using up all the food in your house.
I've got: 3 bags of quinoa pasta, 1 can of tomato sauce, dried beans, popcorn kernels, seedy crackers, hummus, frozen chicken, frozen veggie soup, frozen meat sauce, frozen cauliflower pizza crust, frozen gluten free breads and a bunch of eggs.
Not a bad haul! I'm going to meal plan using these ingredients before going shopping. I think I'll make: Pasta w/ meat sauce, cauliflower pizza w/ tomato sauce, chicken & goat cheese, popcorn for snack time, hummus toast, crackers/hard-boiled-egg/hummus lunches, veggie soup, and french toast using the bread & eggs. Not sure how to use the beans in all this so I may buy some rice & veggies to make meals here.
Discretionary Spending So Far: $0 (but only because I just returned from a trip and was using the money I withdrew from my travel savings account and converted to foreign currency)
