One of my goals for January 2018 is to walk at least one mile every day. This isn't counting random steps i make throughout the day, but to make the effort to take a walk every day. So far, it's working.

I got beachbody on demand Dec 30 and have done 4-5 videos, until the dreaded lurgy overtook me. Ideally I will return to it tomorrow

I went to yoga class today.  Teacher worked us pretty hard, I was sweating despite wearing a short-sleeved shirt in a room that was 61F.  Will try to go a second time this week.

I went to prenatal yoga last night.

I loved prenatal yoga!  The stretching made my third trimester body feel good.  Post-natal yoga was good because I could bring bub and use him as a prop.  ;)

My non-natal yesterday made my abs sore.  That's good, I guess?
