December 2019 Goals

Time to finish out the year!

1. Read 3 books
2. Bake every week
3. Finish Christmas Gifts
 a. Fruitcake 1
 b. Fruitcake 2
 c. Candied Ginger
 d. Candied Citrus
 e. Lemon Curd
4. Plan New Years Goals

It's a busy month so I'm keeping them simple

1. $1,000 principal car payment
2. Read six books
3. Listen to four audiobooks
4. Lift weights 4x week
5. Two date nights with B
6. Meet up with friends once

1. <$600 total spend
2. $3800 post-tax savings
3. Read "Superfreakonomics"
4. Shoot a 25 (-4) round at local disc golf course
5. 5x run + bodyweight workout

Week 1 update:

1. Read 3 books
 - 1 down, 2 to go
2. Bake every week
 - I did skip the week, but I'm giving a pass because we're not out of bread yet from my last bake.
3. Finish Christmas Gifts
 a. Fruitcake 1
 b. Fruitcake 2
 c. Candied Ginger - done
 d. Candied Citrus - removing this from the list as the ginger came out so well, so I made extra of that instead
 e. Lemon Curd - bought the lemons, but ran out of jars
4. Plan New Years Goals
- Read The Happiness Project and made a list of goals.  DH is reading it and we'll compare ideas before finalizing the list.

Enjoyed just as much as the previous book

I've managed to shoot a 24 (-3) 3-times.. Will try again a bunch this weekend.

Achieved the following goals in Dec:

1. wide-grip pull ups (12 reps)
2. pushups (60)
3. Post on Tik Tok once a day
4. Attend an investment Meetup

- DH is still reading The Happiness Project
