Big hit this month, and not entirely due to market happenings. I've been spending a lot for school, rent in two cities (I work half the week in one place and study the other half at the other side of the province), plus fuel for travel between them. The term that just finished was a bit more of a scattered experience than I had hoped, but next term is looking far better already. I'm expecting the finances to reflect that. Also, I deleveraged fully yesterday. I was up over $100k on a leveraged investment I did at the bottom of the pandemic, and given my low income this year it felt like the right move to sell now. No effect on the net worth, but good effect on the cash flow, which should help going into next year. See you in 2022!
