I'm planning a no spend January. I did it last year and it was really easy for me. I will only buy food (no eating out), gas (maybe - I have half a tank in the car and it's only 3 miles round trip for work so I might be ok) and home improvement supplies (I'm fixing up a house for profit so might need a couple things for that). I really want to do a no spend year but not sure how to get everyone on board. One month at a time for now!
