I know I didn't really stick to updating this thread, mostly because it almost became too easy. So easy in fact that I bumped up my planned payoff date by two fewer payments. Yesterday was December 1st and I wired my final payment to close out my mortgage.
Woo! Next up is to start putting a lot more into my retirement accounts and start saving for the next house down payment (wife wants the current house to be a ~5 year house then think about keeping it as a rental).
