I have not been posting here yet, but since circa August 2016 I am down from 206 to 168 (38 lbs.). Male, late 40s, 5'11. First, I quit drinking, which eliminated all those empty carbs/calories in beer. Second, I went ketogenic, which is under 20 g carbs per day. Third, I did some intermittent fasting last spring, namely two to three 36-hour fasts per week. This fall I have been doing warrior fasting, which is essentially one meal a day, on the weekdays. Waistline is back down to 36 inches.
