Just got back from a week's vacation last night. Well, compared to last Friday, I lost a wee bit. It's not showing the true picture though since last Sunday, I was down to 132 lbs. Oh well, I'll take it!

We tent camped all week and it was awesome. I was hiking, swimming, canoeing, jogging on the beach every chance I got - trying to make sure I spent at least 1.5-2 hours a day actively moving. Foodwise, I discovered that there IS such a thing as too much meat. We had steak, ribs, chicken wings, etc etc and my tummy was protesting. 2/3 of the way through our trip, we had to do a grocery store run to buy more salad. By day 4, I was having an avocado for breakfast and fruit for lunch. Even my kids were eating only half their normal quantities. That said, there was always plenty of room for ice cream :)
Now I am home again for a couple of weeks before our next camping trip. I plan to eat carefully and cut back on the snacking. I'm still feeling a little off from consuming so much meat and junk food. So weird how my body has changed. Its begging for more veggies now.
